★★★★★I needed an urgent visit for a holiday let (front line workers had just asked for accommodation) and he re-organised his work to do my job the next day whilst the cleaner was there. She was very impressed with how tidily he fixed the new cables and generally did the work and reports that the picture is now ‘amazing’ (as it’s an oldish tv – that’s very good). He telephoned me when at the property to advise what was required and agree the work.
